2. Be ready to work on your stop motion animation production. Have your plan for the stop motion animation (created with your project partner) and any equipment (camera, lights) and props you may need.
BEFORE the beginning of class:
A) Have your 4 animations for assignment 1 uploaded to Youtube/Vimeo.
B) Post your link to your video on
Compass, in the appropriate assignment area.
C)
Before 12pm on Tuesday: Read "
Art, Entertainment, Entropy," from Gene Youngblood's Expanded Cinema (pp. 59-65), and post a short response on Compass (You will find an assignment with a brief prompt to respond to).
AFTER class:
A) Post reviews for three of your peers' videos, based on the provided criteria on Compass. Do this before Thursday.
B) Follow instructions for the next assignment (Stop Motion), and be ready to work in class on Thursday.
